There are TWO methods of putting Zungz on your shoes. The 2 movies below show you each method. We suggest trying the Cuff Method first, but please watch both videos before deciding which method will work best for you.
This is called the Cuff Method. The Cuff Method can be done easily anytime and doesn't require scissors.

This is called the Cut Method. Some shoes are
made in a way that require you to cut the Zungz to the exact length of your shoe tongue. Please measure twice before you cut so
you don't cut your Zungz too short.
